外国应届毕业生如何办理中国工作签证?

根据外国人来华工作分类标准，符合外国人来华工作指导目录和岗位需要，属于中国经济社会事业发展急需的外国专业人才，符合条件之一的，确认为B类。

B类判定第一条：具有学士及以上学位和2年及以上相关工作经历的外国专业人才。

B类判定第三条：外国语言教学人员。外国语言教学人员原则上应从事其母语国母语教学，并取得大学学士及以上学位且具有 2 年以上语言教育工作经历。
其中，取得教育类、语言类或师范类学士及以上学位的，或取得所在国教师资格证书或取得符合要求的国际语言教学证书（TEFL in China 120 hours）的，可免除工作经历要求。

C类 Category C
根据外国人来华工作分类标准，满足国内劳动力市场需求，符合国家政策规定的其他外国人员，确定为 C 类。

C类判定第三条：实施配额制管理的人员，符合规定条件的外国留学生和境外高校外籍毕业生等。（以深圳为例，近2年内毕业于国外世界知名大学和近2年内毕业于国内大学）
